Get Active 'N Play, a registered Ontario non-profit based in Toronto, is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. In this notice, "GANP", "we" and "us" mean Get Active 'N Play.

- your school, organization, city or neighbourhood
- information submitted through program, workshop or pilot forms

- plan a program, workshop, installation or pilot
- send an update you specifically requested
- process or acknowledge a donation
- improve our website and programs
- maintain safety and appropriate records
- meet legal, insurance or accounting requirements
We do not use a program enquiry to place someone on a general marketing list without permission.
Services We Use
GANP uses outside services to operate parts of the website, including Formspree, Google Forms, Google Analytics, Donorbox, Facebook, WhatsApp, Discord, Linktree and Teachers Pay Teachers. When you use an outside platform, its privacy policy and terms also apply. Payment providers process card and bank details. GANP does not receive or store full payment-card or bank-account numbers.
Analytics And Cookies
GANP uses website analytics to understand which pages people visit and which actions they take. Analytics may collect information such as device type, browser, general location and interactions with the website. We do not place form answers, private messages or sensitive personal details inside analytics reports.
Children And Youth
GANP does not intentionally ask children to submit sensitive personal information through general website forms. Children and youth should use community groups, forms and online services with the knowledge of a parent, guardian, teacher or responsible adult where appropriate.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, an active relationship or applicable legal, insurance and accounting requirements.

For personal information GANP actually holds, you may ask what information we have about you, request a correction or ask us to delete information we no longer need.
Email Updates
We only send program or league updates when someone requests them. Every general marketing message includes a way to unsubscribe.
